I believe that a boudoir experience is one of the most fun and life affirming things a person can do for themselves.
This is your "me" time, the moment to celebrate being a you and who you are today! That's why I choose to shoot boudoir portraits to celebrate and capture the essence of you. Seeing the confidence radiate from everyone after their sessions is, chefs kiss.
Boudoir is for all bodies. No matter your age (21 or older), size, race, gender or sexuality, you can rock a boudoir shoot!
Honestly, you will see yourself in a whole new light whether you're brimming with confidence or a bit shy. I have a great team that works with me to make this experience everything it should be - fun and exciting!

what you can expect at your session and how it works
What to do to prep
A lot of my clients ask if they need to practice any poses at home. No! I don't expect you to know how to pose yourself. That's my job! I'll walk you through every single step of the way! Every single picture that you have seen on my Instagram or in my Facebook group or website, I have posed them. And guess what? None of them were professional models either! So don't worry about posing for another minute. I've got you!
We will use your hands a lot for posing, so you'll want to consider your nails. I recommend nude colors or a nice soft pink. Or, treat yourself to a mani and a pedi, because your feet will be showing, too!
As far as hair removal goes, that is your personal choice. If scheduling a wax, please schedule for 2-3 days before your session to allow for the redness to go away.
Please do not spray tan or apply self tanner prior to your session. Artificial tans can photograph VERY orange, even when your tanning consultant tells you otherwise.
How to Prep Outfits
Feel free to bring outfits that make you feel awesome. We ask you to bring your own outfits because we want you to feel comfortable. Imagine if you would have to try to fit in lingerie that isn't yours and is too small, or too big? Oh boy. How would that make you feel sexy? So, bring something that you love and feel beautiful in.
Styling your session can actually be one of the most difficult parts of the whole process! That's because there are so many options out there, that it makes it overwhelming to try and pick something you'd look good in. Which is why I've included the next few pages on lingerie into the Welcome Guide. Knowing what suits your body type and what lingerie works well for you will help you decide what to wear!
In my experience, choosing neutral, light, and romantic pieces always look sexy and romantic. Think white, black, grey, jewel tones like greens, burgundy, blue and blush-colored pieces. Remember, we want the attention to be on YOU and not on the color of your outfit.
Getting to your session
Hair and make up will be done first!
(Hair and make up cannot be guaranteed for any appointment booked less than 30 days prior)
You will be going to the salon for a wonderful pampering session - Hair and make up are NOT done at the studio.
Arrive with a clean, moisturized face and completely dry hair. Please do not arrive with wet hair.
Arrive in loose clothing (I recommend bra-less) to prevent lines/dents in your skin from tight pants or socks.
Once you are all pampered you will head to the studio.
During your Session
We will shoot for approximately 90 minutes. So combined with the two hours from hair and makeup, that makes this about a four hour session.
As an example: If your appointment is at 9 am Please come prepared to for your session to be 9 AM - 1 PM.
During your session with me, you will have time for three outfits, you will bring with you.
I'll pose you every step of the way! Most of the time I actually set my camera down and show you exactly what to do, then fine tune each pose as we go along. I'll also be showing you the back of the camera from time to time so you can know with confidence that you're doing an amazing job!!
At the end of your session, you will also have an opportunity for a "White Sheet" session. This is all up to you. The White Sheet session is implied nudity, and it's totally up to you whether you want to do one or not. It only lasts for an extra ten minutes or so, but it's something I offer to anyone who wants to do it. You'll be able to mark in your questionnaire whether this is something you would like to do, and you can also let me know during your session if that's something you want! Many women find this to be a very empowering part of their session, but if it simply isn't for you, that's perfectly fine.
Image Reveal and Ordering Appointment
This is where you will see the magic we made together, and how well you worked the camera!
We will set an appointment 1-2 weeks after the photos are taken, either in person again at the studio to see the photos on the big screen or via a zoom meeting. We'll get started right away so that you don't have to wait a moment longer to see your gorgeous images. We'll go through every photo one by one so that we can pick out your favorite images!
Once we have all of your favorite images, you'll decide how you want to display them, and if you would like to upgrade your pre-payment purchase.
Many products I offer are customizable with lots of different cover choices, engraving options and size variations so you can truly tailor it to your taste.
The image reveal appointment takes roughly 60-120 minutes to do everything.
Your Products are Picked Out & Ordered... Now what?
Products take roughly 4-10 weeks to produce. Everything is custom and handmade at various professional labs throughout the world - quality takes time. Please keep this in mind if you have any deadlines when ordering. You'll want to book your session at least 8-12 weeks before you need your products.
You've probably heard me say it before on social media but I'll say it again... Printed Photos hit different. Seeing yourself printed out on luxury art paper paper, sleek metal wall art or in a custom album is such an amazing feeling. Digitals are great to have on hand but holding a timeless product where YOU are the art... well that is pretty f*cking cool. This part of the boudoir experience might be the "end" but I know it's not the end of us! I can't wait to see you hanging out in The Badass Babes Club on Facebook or even sharing a couple of your spicy photos on the 'gram ;)
